Functions

Ten Bompas has had considerable experience in hosting product launches, wedding and cocktail parties. Cocktail parties or standing events of up to one hundred guests, weddings and sit down events of up to fifty guests are managed with ease. Gourmet fare for these events is provided by the Restaurant under the helm of our Executive Chef.

Function Rates are quoted individually and vary depending on the type and size of function. Please contact us for a quote.

Conferences

There are three small conference rooms

  • On the upper floor, an intimate boardroom accommodating up to sixteen delegates. The room is equipped with a large plasma screen with laptop connectivity for presentations;
  • Also on the upper floor, a smaller meeting room accommodating up to five delegates;
  • Adjoining the Restaurant, the private dining room which accommodates up to 18 delegates, the glass lit table making it ideal for wine tasting functions.

Conference Rates include the use of flipcharts, whiteboard screen, overhead projector and internet facilities. The rate also includes tea, coffee and mineral water to order. Full day conference rates include lunch (food only) at the Restaurant.

  • Use of the venue
  • Tea / coffee and pastries on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea / coffee break with fresh fruit skewers
  • Three course lunch in The Local Grill on Bompas or a Finger lunch on the balcony
  • Afternoon tea / coffee break with home made biscuits
  • Mineral water in boardroom through the day
  • Desk pads and pens

Half Day:
08h00 – 12h30
R 405.00 per delegate which includes:

  • Use of the venue
  • Tea / coffee and pastries on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea / coffee break with fresh fruit skewers
  • Three course lunch in Sides Restaurant or a Finger lunch on the balcony
  • Mineral water in boardroom through the day
  • Desk pads and pens

Half Day:
13h00 – 17h000
R 405.00 per delegate which includes:

  • Use of the venue
  • Tea / coffee and pastries on arrival
  • Three course lunch in Local Grill on Bompas or a Finger lunch on the balcony
  • Afternoon tea / coffee break with home made biscuits
  • Mineral water in boardroom through the day
